Our first lot of data is due tomorrow- this will be me today, trying to make sure it is all done and moderated! As a side note, I’ve rediscovered #bitmoji this week and I’m enjoying using it in the classroom! If you have any ideas of how it can be used effectively, I’d love to hear them! #ukteaching #primaryteaching #assessment #teachertired #teacher #education #bitmoji #data #insightsinlearning
Love sharing stories :) This morning we lit a campfire and enjoyed our new book outside. Such a good experience for the pupils. #ukprimaryteachers #insightsinlearning #teaching #campfire #stoneageboy #teaching #reading #english
This one is very happy it’s half term! He’s looking forward to a full week of attention and cuddles- as am I! How are you spending your week? I’m planning to recharge, get ahead on my Christmas shopping and spend some quality time with my husband :) #ukprimaryteachers #insightsinlearning #teacherwellbeing #teacherwellness #halfterm #teachersofinstagram #teacherlife
Half Term reading ready for our next topic. Hoping to get some amazing writing with these books! #year3 #english #reading #writing #ukprimaryteachers #primaryschool #teaching #insightsinlearning
Here are our arguments against cutting down the Kapok tree :) the children are writing letters to the sleeping man to convince him not to chop down the tree. Looking forward to seeing the results on Monday! #writing #year3 #insightsinlearning #ukteaching #primaryteachingideas #thekapoktree #letters
I stumbled upon this website this morning and used it today- I love it! classroomscreen.com. It has a traffic light, noiseometer, changeable background and lots of other useful stuff. I particularly like the voting background you can use to capture a quick survey at the end of a session. Such a great idea! #insightsinlearning #ukteaching #primaryteaching #classroom #classroomscreen
